Aku dulu beli kat Chuan Cycle PJ RM270 (MForce 3rd gen). Skrg ada lg satu CDI racing (Taiwan) dlm RM 450. Tp x guna beli yg mahal tu. MF pon dh ok.

CDI racing ni berfungsi utk bg unlimited rev i.e dia bypass factory rev cut-off. Sebenarnya factory setting tu utk jaga enjin supaya x over rev. Tp enjin skuter ni perlukan rev tinggi utk peak power jd penggunaan CDI x memudaratkan enjin. Kalo guna high rev utk masa yg panjang pon sebenarnya ok. Paling penting adalah minyak enjin dan kekerapan tukar minyak enjin. Kalo piston bergerak laju pada jangkamasa melampau, dia akan mengeluarkan haba yg keterlaluan. Enjin failure selalunya terjadi sebab haba. Tu sebb paling penting jaga minyak enjin, guna full syth kalo bleh n tukar tepat mileage atau lebih awal lg baik.

Longest ride aku ke Krabi haritu. menten rev dlm 8000 - 8500 rpm. Enjin sudah modi. Syukur xde prob.

Secara teori & pendapat 2 sen aku,

Tukar pakai CDI racing utk bypass rev cut-off. Jd enjin boleh rev lebih dr 8300rpm to max 10K rpm = top speed lebih. penggunaan aftermarket ekzos sistem utk memudahkan pengeluaran enjin by-product i.e asap, haba, contaminant drpd enjin. Standed ekjoz pakai inferior construction, material n design. Bila enjin high rev, lebih byk enjin by-product dihasilkan. Kalo benda buangan ni tidak dikeluarkan secara mudah, akan memudaratkan enjin. Tu sebb bila dh upgrade enjin atau tukar enjin mgmt sistem, ekzos mesti dupgrade jugak. Kalo x enjin cepat kong n x dpt max performance. Pernah tgk kete pakai turbo tp ekjos stended? No

Modifikasi pd muto asam garam. Jgn takot kalo tau apa yg dbuat n cara nak jaga. Rule of thumb, kalo dh mula modi enjin, minyak hitam kena jaga i.e pakai full syth n tukar max evry 1500km.

berat 68kg + pilion 55kg...jumlahnya 123kg..higway..dari Jawi ke Ipoh selatan.. Very Happy

Yg paling cun penah aku tgk jenama Leo Vince. Tp kena buat custom bracket. Nampak kat singapore. Aku pakai AHM. Yg lain2 mcm gambor yg EnGalol upload tu semua ok cuma bunyi mcm motorbot n nampak kontot ckit. AHM punya design bg aku cun, elegan n nampak mcm OMP. Ekjos dia ada silencer untuk deram bunyi. Kalo pakai w/out silencer, bunyi lebih bass dr yg lain tuh. Yg lain tuh lebih treble n pitching pecah. Razz .

Bg aku, lebih baik tukar ekjos dulu drpd CDI. Apapon any modi pd muto, patut mula dr tayar, suspension, brake, enjin (variator, air flow = air filter / ekjos, enjin mgmt (CDI / carb), Big Bore Kits, clutch). Apapon sendiri punya selera lah Laughing

Motor aku stendet kilang jek, paling laju aku pernah bawak 140Km/h. Ni citer betul ye, bukan rekaan semata mata.

Bunyi garang dr ekjos bg aku perlu sbb bg pemandu kenderaan besar lain di depan dan tepi kita sedar n tau kita ada kat situ. Aku sendiri pon bila bawak kete, kdg2 x sedar muto ada kat sebelah. selalunya kapcai lah. tengok site mirror xde, bila kita nak tukar lane tiba2 dia muncul ngan laju. kalo SBK tuh, dr jauh dh tau dia nk mai.

Tp liph, ngko kena kontrol stim ngko tu. biar ader rilis bavf nanti overload letup plak. LV too damn xpensiv lah bro..x berbaloi. AHM dh ok. Performance upgrade guna any aft ekjoz max 5% jer ikut kajian Speedworks USA.
